Website analytics
LCRD uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand overall website use. The service provides aggregated information such as pages visited, referring sites, general location, browser, operating system, and device type. LCRD does not use this website to build advertising profiles or track visitors across unrelated websites.
Information you choose to send
If you email LCRD, the league receives your email address and the information in your message. LCRD uses that information to respond and to handle the request you made.
Linked forms and transactions
Some participation forms are hosted by Google Forms, and tickets or other transactions may be handled by Zeffy. Information submitted through those services is processed under their own privacy practices. Form responses intended for LCRD may also be made available to the league for membership, volunteering, officiating, sponsorship, event, or related administrative purposes. This website does not directly receive or store payment-card details.
How information is used and shared
LCRD may use information to answer questions, administer league activities, maintain safety and records, improve the website, and meet legal or organizational obligations. LCRD does not sell personal information. Information may be available to league volunteers or service providers when reasonably necessary for those purposes, or disclosed when required by law.
Email and form information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the league activity, request, recordkeeping need, or applicable legal obligation. You may contact LCRD to ask about information you previously submitted. Some records may need to be retained for legal, safety, insurance, or organizational reasons.

The current site does not use advertising cookies. Vercel Web Analytics is designed to provide aggregated traffic information without third-party cookies. Websites reached through links from this site, including Google, Zeffy, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, may collect information under their own policies and controls.
Children's information
This website is not designed to collect personal information directly from children under 13. A parent or guardian should contact LCRD before a child submits personal information through a linked form or by email.

LCRD uses reasonable safeguards for the website and limits access to league information according to organizational needs. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
